AR Entertainment, established in 2010, is a boutique talent management company representing talent for film, television and stage productions.  Partners, Alison Rinzel and Jeb Bernstein, co-manage all talent on the roster.  

Alison Rinzel is the Principal of AR Entertainment LLC.  Prior to founding the company, Alison had an extensive career in casting, including 22 years with CBS Television, New York where she was Director of Casting with CBS Entertainment and CBS Studios overseeing and casting primetime and daytime television programs. She started her career in entertainment at talent agency, STE Representation, Ltd.  Alison was born and raised in Minnesota and attended Fordham University's Manhattan campus. She is a member of the National Conference of Personal Managers and New York Women in Film & Television.

Jeb Bernstein is Partner in AR Entertainment LLC.  Prior to joining the company, Jeb was head of the commercial department at Paradigm Talent Agency, New York, a position he held for 30 years. Jeb began his entertainment career at a small theatrical talent agency called Manhattan Artists. He then moved to Don Buchwald & Associates before leaving to go to STE Representation, Ltd, which merged with other agencies to become Paradigm Talent Agency.  He was born and raised in NYC, with short stints in Los Angeles and Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated from Boston University with a BS in Business Administration.
